At Sublime Optics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our premium Australian-made replacement sunglass lenses and want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch — we’re here to help.

Wrong Item Ordered

Ordered the wrong lenses? No problem.

If your lenses are unused and in original condition, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange.

Return postage costs for change-of-mind or incorrect orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Fitment Issues

If your lenses don’t fit correctly, please contact us before forcing installation.

In many cases, the issue can be quickly resolved by checking the frame model or installation method.

Please send us:

  • A photo of your sunglasses
  • A photo of the replacement lenses
  • Your frame model number (if available)

We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Warranty Coverage

Sublime Optics lenses are covered against manufacturing defects.

This includes issues such as:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Incorrect lens fit due to production error
  • Coating defects present upon arrival
  • Damage caused during manufacturing or transit

If you believe your lenses have a manufacturing issue, contact us and include clear photos of the problem.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches caused by improper cleaning or handling
  • Frame damage
  • Accidental damage after use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work quickly to make it right.
