Update to my previous review: the situation has now been partially resolved, but the customer service remains unacceptable.

After repeated emails, Sublime Optics finally issued a refund for the lenses, but retained the shipping cost.

More importantly, the company stated that the customs rejection was caused because I had supposedly provided incorrect information. I asked them to identify exactly what information was incorrect and to provide documentary evidence supporting that claim. No such evidence has been provided.

The amount of money involved is insignificant to me. What matters is the way this case was handled: repeated follow-ups, a delayed resolution, and finally blaming the customer without substantiating the accusation.

I have retained the complete correspondence, order confirmation, tracking information and refund documentation.

Based on my experience, I would not buy from Sublime Optics again.

Unsettling vision. Gives headache.

I never received these lenses. The parcel was returned from Spanish customs to Australia, and despite contacting Sublime Optics about the situation, I still have neither the lenses nor a refund.

What makes this particularly disappointing is receiving an email asking me to review a product that was never delivered to me.

I am still waiting for Sublime Optics to resolve this. I will update my review if the situation is resolved and my money is refunded.

Good service, prompt delivery. They fit perfectly.
